About the serviced plot
Can I use my own builder?
Yes. Builders register with the estate office and follow site rules on hours, noise and waste.
Is there a soil report?
Every plot has a soil test on file, and most of phase 2 suits a standard strip foundation.
Can the estate build for me?
Yes. Our build team offers three house designs for plots at a fixed price, with a 12 month programme.
How do I pay the reservation?
Online through Receivly by card or bank transfer, or at the sales gallery by POS. It is refundable for 14 days.
