The room

Small on purpose.

We kept the room small so the tea is never rushed and the noise never rises. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays; at weekends booking is wise.

A stack of teacups with delicate pink flowers

Mismatched porcelain

Collected from markets in Lagos, Ibadan and Accra over six years. No two tables share a set.

Pots, not cups

Every tea comes as a pot for one or two, with a timer and a jug of hot water to top up.

Quiet hours

Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 1pm, laptops and calls are welcome. After 1pm the room is for talking.
