We send your sketch and flavour notes within a day. The deposit holds your date and is refundable up to seven days before.

The kitchen will send your sketch, flavour notes and the balance date on WhatsApp within a day.
Your enquiry goes straight to the team’s COVORN dashboard, so the right person picks it up, usually within two working hours. Reference sent.

What happens next

Your sketch arrives
A drawn sketch, the flavour per tier and a firm price, on WhatsApp and email.
- Day 2
Tasting, if you want one
Weddings and four tier cakes include a tasting box of four flavours. For other cakes it is ₦25,000, taken off the balance.

Balance due
Pay by card or transfer through Receivly, or POS in the tea room.
- The day
Delivered and set up
We confirm the drop time the evening before, set up, photograph the cake and leave you the care card.

Is the drawing exactly what I will get?
It is a guide to proportions, colours and decoration. Your sketch from the kitchen is the real plan, and flowers vary with the market.
Why are some dates greyed out?
We bake a fixed number of tiers a day so each one gets proper chilling time. Fully booked days are struck through.
Can I change my design after paying?
Yes, free of charge until seven days before. After that we can still change colours and words.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full up to seven days before the date. After that we keep it to cover ingredients already bought.
