How it works
Five chapters, three hours, one pair of shoes. This is what happens every time you book.
Chapter 01 · Booked
Hauwa runs a small shoe business from her flat in Gwarinpa. A buyer in Wuse 2 pays by transfer, and Hauwa books a pickup on WhatsApp before her tea is cold. She gets a tracking number straight away.
Chapter 02 · Picked up
Musa is already on the Gwarinpa loop. He checks the parcel, photographs the label and gives Hauwa a printed slip. Riders carry insulated boxes for food and padded bags for fragile items.
Chapter 03 · Sorted
Every parcel is scanned in, weighed and sorted by zone. Parcels heading for the same part of the city leave together, which keeps prices low and riders out of the worst of the traffic.
Chapter 04 · On the road
Riders follow routes planned for the time of day. The buyer gets a WhatsApp message with a delivery window and can watch the rider move on the tracking page.
Chapter 05 · Delivered
The buyer signs on the rider's phone. Hauwa sees the photo and signature in her tracking page, and if it was cash on delivery, the money reaches her account the next working morning.
