Zones
The five zones
A delivery within one zone is the cheapest. Each zone crossed adds a little.

Paying
How you pay
- Bank transfer when you book, with the account on your confirmation
- POS or cash to the rider at pickup
- Receiver pays: the rider collects the delivery fee at the door
- Monthly invoice for business accounts with ten or more deliveries a month

Good to know
Do prices go up in the rain or at rush hour?+
No. The price shown is the price. In heavy rain we may pause bikes for safety and will tell you the new window.
What if my parcel is heavier than I said?+
The hub weighs everything. If it is in a bigger size band, we message you the difference before delivery.
Is there a charge for a failed delivery?+
The first retry is free. A third attempt or a return to sender is charged at the same zone price.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?+
Not ourselves. We drop parcels at trusted interstate park offices in Utako for onward travel and give you the waybill.
