Before you book
How fast is a pickup?+
Usually within 45 minutes in Gwarinpa, Life Camp, Kado and Jabi, and within 90 minutes elsewhere in the city.
Can I send food?+
Yes, in an insulated box, same day only. Tell us so we send a rider with one.
What if the receiver is not in?+
The rider calls them, waits five minutes and then follows your instructions or brings it back to the hub for a free retry.
Is my parcel insured?+
Every parcel is covered up to ₦50,000. Higher cover is available at 1% of the declared value.
