About

Started with two bikes and a Gwarinpa shop

Parcelpoint began in 2019 delivering for a few online sellers on Third Avenue. Today the hub moves thousands of parcels a week across Abuja, still from Gwarinpa.

Two bikes, one phone

Our founder Emeka (example) noticed the shoe and fabric sellers near his shop all waiting for the same unreliable riders. He bought two bikes and answered the dispatch phone himself.

The hub on Third Avenue

A small warehouse let us sort by zone instead of sending one rider per parcel. Prices came down and deliveries got faster.

Vans and business accounts

Sellers asked for bigger items and monthly invoices. Four vans and a business desk followed.

Still local, still answering the phone

Every rider is employed, insured and trained by us. Dispatch is in the hub, and you will always speak to a person.

How we work

Our rules for the road

01

Helmets, reflective vests and lights on every rider, every day.

02

No riding on the expressway hard shoulder, even when late.

03

Parcels never leave the rider's sight or the locked box.

04

Riders are paid a salary, not by the drop, so nobody rushes.

05

Every complaint gets a call back from a manager the same day.
