How we work
One child, one team
A named nurse
Every child admitted has one nurse who knows them by name on each shift.
Plain words
Doctors explain in English, Efik, Ibibio, Pidgin, Igbo or Yoruba, and write it down.
Child safe
Every member of staff is checked and trained in keeping children safe.
Always powered
Two generators and an inverter bank keep every ward and fridge running.

Questions
About our services
Do you see adults
No. We care for children from birth to their eighteenth birthday, and a parent can stay with them throughout.
Do I need a referral
Not for general paediatrics or the emergency. Some specialist clinics ask for one, and our general paediatricians can refer you inside the hospital.
Is there a pharmacy
Yes, on the ground floor, open day and night with the emergency.
Know which clinic you need
Book straight in. If you are not sure, choose general paediatrics and we will guide you.
