Common questions
Will the embassy accept it?
Our certified translations are accepted by the embassies and universities we work with most. Some offices also want notarisation, which we can arrange for you.
Do I need to bring the original?
A clear scan or photo is enough for the translation. Some offices ask to see the original alongside it, so keep it with you.
Can you translate a document that is hard to read?
Yes. Where a word or stamp cannot be read, we mark it as illegible rather than guess, which is what receiving offices expect.
What if my name is spelt differently on other papers?
Tell us the spelling on your passport. We follow it and note any difference on the certificate.
