How the count works

We count words the way translators do: any run of letters or numbers between spaces is one word, in any script. Numbers like 2026 count as words, and so do short words like a and of.

Pages are worked out at 250 words each. For certificates we charge per page instead, since names, stamps and seals take time even when the word count is low.

Quote questions

Is the online price final?

For text you paste or count, yes, as long as the text does not change. Scanned documents are confirmed by the desk because layout can add work.

Why are Nigerian languages cheaper?

We have the largest panel for Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa and Pidgin, so we can keep rates lower without cutting the checks.

Do repeated sentences cost less?

For long documents with repeated text, the desk applies a discount after counting. The online tool shows the full price.

When is the balance due?

On delivery, by card or bank transfer through Receivly. Certificates are paid in full upfront.

Prefer to talk it through?

A project manager can price your document on a quick call, in English, Igbo or Pidgin.
