What arrives at your gate
Green 240 litre bin
Wheeled, lidded and numbered to your house. Replaced free if the truck damages it.
Amber recycling bags
Twelve a month on every plan. Extra bags cost ₦100 each at the office.
Brown food caddy
On twice weekly and family plus. Comes with a roll of compost liners.
Blue glass crate
On family plus. Collected every other Saturday.
A normal week
How a twice weekly plan runs
- Sunday evening
WhatsApp reminder: general waste tomorrow, bins out by 6am.
- Monday, 6.30am
Truck on your street. Crew empties the bin and closes the lid.
- Wednesday
Recyclables day. Amber bags at the gate. Buyback credit counted at the yard.
- Thursday
Second general pickup, before the weekend cooking starts.
- Month end
Statement on WhatsApp with your recyclables weight and credit.
Shared buildings
Compounds, flats and face-me-I-face-you
In shared buildings one tenant or the landlord takes the plan and we size the bins for everyone. A six-flat block usually needs two bins on twice weekly. We can split the bill by flat and send each tenant their own payment link.
Landlords can add the service to the rent and we invoice them quarterly. The caretaker gets the reminders and the crew number, so nothing depends on one tenant being at home.

Questions
Asked most often
Do I have to be at home?
No. Leave the bin at the gate by 6am. If your gate is locked, tell the office and we agree a spot with your security.
What if I put out extra bags?
Up to two extra tied bags are taken free once a month. More than that, we charge ₦500 a bag.
Can I pause while I travel?
Yes, for two weeks or more. Your plan moves forward by the paused weeks.
Do you take generator oil or batteries?
Not in the bin. Bring them to the yard or hand them to the crew in a tied bag marked special.
