What happens after you sign up

  1. Within the hour

    Payment details on WhatsApp, and a welcome message from the office.

  2. On your delivery day

    Bins and bags delivered between 10am and 4pm. Someone signs for them, or we leave them with security.

  3. Your first collection day

    Reminder the night before, crew on your street at the usual time.

  4. After a month

    A short call to ask how it is going. Most customers say they forgot refuse was ever a problem.

Paying

Simple ways to pay

Bank transfer is the most common. We send our account details and your reference, and the office confirms receipt on WhatsApp. Card links work for any Nigerian card.

POS and cash are welcome at the office on Ibara Road. Estates on contracts pay through their association. Example payment options for this demo.

Can I sign up for my parents?

Yes. Put their address and your phone number, and tell us in the notes if they should also get reminders.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at the start of any month.

No. It is used for reminders and service messages only.
