What you can hold us to
- Fixed days, published. You can see your days on this site before you pay.
- Missed pickups back in 24 hours. Free, and logged so we can see which routes need help.
- Uniformed, trained crews. Gloves, boots and reflective vests. Every crew member carries an ID card.
- Sorted, not dumped. Recyclables go to the yard, not the dumpsite at Saje.
- One phone number that answers. Monday to Saturday from 7am to 6pm.
