How it works
From first meeting to first pickup
- Week 1
We walk the estate with your chairman or facility manager, count homes and map the route.
- Week 2
Proposal with days, bin stores, per-home rate and a sample report. We present it at your meeting if you like.
- Week 3
Bins delivered, house numbers stencilled, gate staff briefed and WhatsApp reminder group set up.
- Week 4
First pickup. A supervisor rides with the crew for the first two weeks.

What the association gets
- A route drawn for your streets, with the gate times agreed with security
- Bin stores built at block ends for flats, at our cost on yearly contracts
- A named supervisor who visits monthly
- Quarterly report: tonnes, recycling rate, missed pickups and complaints
- Clean-up day each year with the youth group, trucks and gloves supplied
- Collection of dues by payment link if the association prefers

Questions
Asked most often
Can residents pay us directly?
Yes. We can send each home a payment link and give the association a list of who has paid.
What if some homes refuse?
We collect from every home on the route. Recovering dues stays with the association, but we share the paid list.
Can we change days?
Once a year, after a vote, with a month of notice.
Do you handle drainage?
No, we focus on waste. We can recommend a drainage contractor.
