Check you typed it on the right meter. If it still fails, call the AI line with the receipt reference.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, ₦1,000 per purchase, so the token fee stays small.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Enter their meter number and your phone. The token comes to you to pass on.
