Reading the tracker

What each part means

The shaded band

The range agreed for your goods. Amber dots mark any reading outside it.

Dotted lines

Door openings, timed to the second. A short rise at loading is normal.

Mean kinetic temperature

For medicines, one number that sums up heat stress over the journey.

The log file

Every reading as a spreadsheet file, for your quality team or regulator.

Control room

Someone is watching, all night

Three controllers per shift watch every live consignment. If a reading leaves the range for more than five minutes, the controller calls the driver, then you, and logs what was done, all within ten minutes.

Sensors report over two mobile networks and store readings if both drop, then upload when signal returns, so there are no gaps in the log.

Questions

About tracking

Where do I find my code?

In the WhatsApp and email messages sent when your pickup is booked, starting with CCX.

Can my customer track too?

Yes. Share the tracking link. It shows readings but not prices.

How long are logs kept?

Five years for medicines and three years for food, then deleted. Example policy.
