Is the survey really free?
Yes, for buildings with two or more lifts or escalators. Single home lifts are surveyed for ₦35,000, refunded if you sign a contract.
How soon can you start a contract?
Usually within two weeks of the survey.
Do you tender for government buildings?
Yes. Email tenders to the office address.
