What is KOR?
Kernel outturn ratio: the weight in pounds of good kernels from one 80 kg bag of raw nuts. Higher is better.
How is moisture controlled?
Nuts are dried on raised tarpaulins to below 10% and tested again before stuffing.
Can I inspect before shipment?
Yes. Most buyers appoint an independent inspector to cut samples at stuffing.
