What the incoterms mean here
FOB Lagos
We deliver the goods on board at Apapa or Tin Can. You book and pay the ocean freight and insurance.
CFR your port
We book and pay freight to your port. You insure the cargo from the moment it is loaded.
CIF your port
As CFR, plus cargo insurance at 110% of the invoice value, arranged by us.

Yes, in three tranches against an agreed index, for programmes of 20 containers or more.
