How we work with farmers

  1. Fair weights

Calibrated scales at every buying point, checked monthly.

  2. Paid the same day

Bank transfer or mobile wallet, no cash on the road.

  3. Training

Drying, sorting and orchard care, taught by our field officers.

  4. Premiums

Higher prices for low moisture and good outturn, paid on the spot.

Questions

About sourcing

Do you use child labour?

No. Field officers check at every buying point and farmers sign a code of conduct. Any concern is investigated within a week.

Can I visit the farms?

Yes, at harvest. We arrange visits from Ilorin with a field officer and security.

Is deforestation a risk?

Our cashew comes from established orchards. New farmers must show the land was farmed before 2020.

Need containers this quarter?

See every cut-off date for the next six months, check the spec and hold containers in a minute. Our export desk replies the same working day.
