Pipeline integrity
Pigging, hydrotesting, inspection and valve work, from new-build commissioning to keeping a forty-year-old line in service.
Pipelines in the Delta age fast: humidity, swamp water and stray currents all take their toll. We start with what the line can tell us: cleaning runs, gauging and thickness surveys, then plan repairs around the operator’s production, not ours.
Our NDT technicians hold international certification and work across all four environments, including offshore with partners. Phased array and TOFD sets let us size defects in welds without cutting them out.
Valve work is done in place where possible and in the Onne workshop where not. Every valve leaves with a test certificate and a photograph of its internals before and after.

Often yes: thickness surveys and many valve services can be done live under a permit.
Who runs intelligent pigging?
A vetted partner runs the tool. We prepare the line, clean it and support the run.
Do you dispose of test water?
Yes, through licensed handlers, with records for the client’s environmental file.
