Fabrication and welding
Piping spools, skids and small structures from the Onne yard, welded to approved procedures by coded Nigerian welders.
The Onne yard has six welding habitats, CNC plasma cutting and a 40 tonne crane on a quay where supply vessels load directly. We build spools for tie-ins, pump and metering skids, pipe racks and small platform structures.
Every welder holds current qualifications for the procedures they weld, and every weld is traceable to the welder, the procedure and the heat number of the material. Radiography and phased array inspection happen in the yard before anything is painted.
On site, our fabrication crews handle tie-ins and modifications during shutdowns, with rope access and scaffolding teams providing access at height.
