Our riders work in three zones around the city, so a parcel ordered at lunch in Wuse can be worn to dinner in Maitama. Every rider carries a phone with live tracking and a card machine for cash on delivery.
Riders are employed by Starling, trained, insured and wear our uniform. They call before arrival and photograph the delivery.
