How long does onboarding take?
About three days: a call, connecting your shop and your first delivery to Dock 2.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, with 30 days notice.
What does it cost to start?
Starter has a ₦50,000 setup fee. Growth and Scale are free to set up.

What can I not store?
Alcohol, tobacco, medicines, weapons, perishable food and anything illegal.
Is my stock insured?
Yes, up to ₦20,000,000 per seller.
Can I collect my stock?
Yes, with two hours notice.

What is the same day cut off?
4pm Monday to Saturday for Abuja.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, all 36 states and the FCT.
Can my customer pay on delivery?
Yes, by card, transfer or cash.

Within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I pay my invoice?
With Receivly in your seller account, by card or transfer.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, 7.5% on our fees.
