Home How it works
Six stations between your stock and your customer.
The same journey as the parcel on our home page, in detail: what happens at each station, how long it takes and what you see in your seller account.
01The journey at a glance
Scroll sideways along the line.
- 01
Receive
Book a delivery slot in your account, then send your stock to Dock 2. We count, photograph and scan every carton within four working hours, and flag anything short or damaged before we sign.
- 02
Store
Each product gets a barcoded bin. Fast sellers go near the pick face, slow sellers go higher. Stock counts run every night and the numbers sync to your account by 6am.
- 03
Pick
Orders arrive from your online shop, a spreadsheet upload or a WhatsApp order list. Pickers follow a route on a handheld scanner and every unit is scanned off the shelf.
- 04
Pack
Packers use your rules: box size, inserts, gift wrap, bubble for fragile items. Every parcel is photographed open and sealed.
- 05
Sort
Parcels are weighed, labelled and sorted into lanes: Abuja riders by area, the Lagos linehaul, and partner lanes for every other state.
- 06
Dispatch and deliver
Your customer gets a WhatsApp link with live tracking and a call before arrival. Cash on delivery is collected by card, transfer or cash and paid to you within 48 hours.
