Four ways to pay for legal work
Fixed fees
For defined work like registrations, due diligence and contract packs. You know the cost on day one.
Capped fees
For transactions. We bill time up to an agreed cap and report against it every month.
Phased budgets
For litigation and arbitration, with a budget for each stage so you can decide at each step.
Retainers
A monthly fee for a set number of hours, for companies that need a lawyer on call.

About fees
Is the consultation fee refundable?
It is credited to your first invoice if you instruct us. If you cancel more than 24 hours before, we refund it in full.
Do you charge for phone calls?
Short calls to update you are included. Calls that give advice are recorded as time on hourly matters.
What are disbursements?
Government fees, court filing fees and travel outside Abuja, passed on at cost with receipts.
Do you offer reduced fees?
Our free clinic serves traders and artisans each month, and we take a small number of pro bono matters.
