Visiting

When you arrive

Reception will offer you water and a seat in the library while your lawyer comes down. If you are early, there is fast Wi-Fi and a quiet room for calls. If traffic on the expressway is heavy, call ahead and we will move to video.

Questions

Before you write

Will my enquiry be confidential?

Yes. Only client service and the lawyer who checks for conflicts will see it.

Do you reply at weekends?

The AI line takes messages at any time. Lawyers reply on the next working day, or the duty partner the same day if it is urgent.

Can I visit without booking?

Please book. Lawyers are often in court and we would not want you to wait.
