Messages and documents in your client area, not scattered across email.
Clean desks
No papers left out overnight anywhere in chambers.
Data protection

Billing
Invoices and receipts
Invoices are sent monthly on hourly matters, or at agreed stages on fixed and capped fees. Each invoice shows the work done, the time spent and the lawyer who did it.
You can pay by bank transfer to our client account, by card online with Receivly, or at reception by POS. Every payment produces a receipt you can download from your client area. See a sample receipt.
If you have a question about an invoice, write to accounts within 14 days and a partner will review it.
