    Choose dates and an apartment. Instant confirm apartments are held for two hours while you pay.

    Pay by bank transfer

    Transfer to our business account with your booking reference. A refundable caution deposit is held separately.

    Get your code

    On the morning of arrival we send the address, the gate pass and your smart lock code.

Is there really 24 hour power?

Yes. Every apartment has an inverter, a generator or both, and we test the changeover at every inspection. If power fails for more than an hour, we move you or refund the night.

How does the caution deposit work?

A refundable deposit, from ₦50,000 depending on the apartment, is paid with your booking and returned within 48 hours of check out after a quick inspection.

Can I book for just one night?

Most apartments take one night stays on weekdays. Weekends usually need two nights.

Do you allow parties?

No. Our apartments are in residential blocks and estates. Small family gatherings can be approved in some larger homes.
