A bright, quiet two bedroom flat on the fourth floor of a gated block in Lekki Phase 1, ten minutes from the beach and a short drive to Victoria Island.

Palm Court is our most booked apartment. Both bedrooms are en suite with king beds, the living room opens onto a balcony that catches the evening breeze, and the kitchen is stocked well enough for a proper pot of stew.

The block has a pool, a small gym and two parking spaces for this flat. Power runs on the estate supply, backed by an inverter and a silent generator, so the air conditioning keeps going through the night.

Questions about this apartment

Is the pool shared?

Yes, with the eleven other flats in the block. It is cleaned daily and open from 7am to 8pm.

How far is the beach?

About ten minutes by car outside rush hour, and the nearest beach club is fifteen minutes away.

What happens if the power goes?

The changeover is automatic. If power is out for more than an hour, call the guest line and we will fix it, move you or refund the night.

Can I check in late?

Yes. Smart lock check in works at any hour. Tell us your arrival time so the gate knows to expect you.
