Before you sign
What is your fee?
18% of booking revenue, after cleaning fees. There are no setup fees if your apartment is already furnished to our standard.
Who pays for diesel and repairs?
Running costs are paid from booking revenue at cost, with receipts shown on your statement.
Can I use the apartment myself?
Yes. Block out dates in your owner dashboard up to sixty days ahead.
What if a guest damages something?
Repairs are covered from the guest caution deposit first. Larger damage is pursued with the guest, and we keep you informed throughout.
