The six stages
Brief, day one
A 15 minute call or WhatsApp chat. We confirm headcount, budget, branding and deadline.
Mock-up and quote, within 48 hours
Your logo on the real box, contents options and an itemised quote with VAT on its own line.
Sample, three to five days
One finished gift delivered to you. The sample fee is refunded on order.
Deposit and artwork approval
A 50 percent deposit through Receivly reserves your slot. You approve final artwork in writing.
Production, ten to twenty-one days
Plates made, boxes branded, contents packed by hand, every box checked and sealed.
Delivery and proof
Riders and couriers deliver to each address. Every drop gets a photo and signature on your tracker.

Questions
About timing
What is the latest date for December?
For delivery before Christmas, reserve with a deposit by 21 November and approve artwork by 28 November. After that we accept orders while slots last.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Not usually. For events and special occasions we can arrange Sunday delivery in Lagos for a fee.
Can recipients choose a time?
For named recipients we send a WhatsApp message the day before so they can choose morning or afternoon.
