Ordering
What is the minimum order?
Branded orders start at 20 gifts. Unbranded gifts can be ordered from one.
How far ahead should we order?
Allow three to four weeks for branded orders. For December, reserve with a deposit by 21 November.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. A sample costs ₦25,000 and is refunded in full when you place the order.
Do you work with purchase orders?
Yes, for government agencies and multinationals. Send your vendor forms and we complete them within two working days.
Branding
What logo file do you need?
A vector file for foil and deboss, a high resolution PNG for full colour. We redraw logos free on orders over 100.
Can every gift carry a different name?
Yes, with laser engraving on pens, tumblers and power banks, and on handwritten cards.
Will the gold foil match our brand gold?
Foil comes in set shades. We send swatches so you can choose the closest, or suggest full colour print for an exact match.
Payment
How do we pay?
A 50 percent deposit through Receivly by card or bank transfer, and the balance before dispatch. POS is available at the studio.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Every quote and invoice shows VAT at 7.5 percent on its own line.
What if we cancel?
Before artwork approval, the deposit is refunded less any sample costs. After approval it covers materials already ordered.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
To all 36 states and Abuja, and to Accra by courier. See the planner for example timings.
Can you deliver to hundreds of addresses?
Yes. Send one spreadsheet. Every drop is tracked with a photo and signature.
What if a recipient is not in?
Riders call ahead. If nobody is available, we reschedule once free of charge.
