Awards nights
We bring the awards to the venue, in order.
For galas and staff nights we pack every award in presentation order, label each box with the winner and category, and send a team member to stand backstage with the running order. If a name changes at 6pm, we can re-engrave a plate on site.
Getting it right
Every name is read aloud before it is cut.
Engraving cannot be undone, so we built a checking routine that has caught thousands of small errors before they reached a stage.
You send one spreadsheet
Category, winner name, title, year and any line of citation. We supply a template that matches each award shape.
We set and proof
A digital proof of every award, in the real typeface and size, sent as one PDF for your sign off.
Two people read it aloud
Before cutting, two of our team read each name aloud against your list. Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa diacritics are checked by a native speaker.
Engraved and photographed
Each finished piece is photographed and the photo added to your order page, so you can check it before dispatch.

About awards
How quickly can you engrave?
Standard turnaround is seven working days after proof approval. For up to 20 awards we can do three working days for a 20 percent rush fee.
Do you engrave awards we bought elsewhere?
Yes, if the material suits our machines. Bring them to the studio and we will test a hidden spot first.
Can you add a photo?
Photos can be laser-etched on glass and brass. Send a clear, well-lit photo, and we send a proof before engraving.
What about lifetime achievement awards?
We design one-off pieces for lifetime and founder awards, often combining walnut, brass and crystal. Allow three weeks.
