Before you build
Good to know
Every box you build here becomes a real quote. A person on the team checks it, sends a mock-up with your actual logo file within 48 hours, and only then do we ask you to approve the final artwork.
Can I mix boxes for different people?
Yes. Many clients build two or three tiers, for example an executive chest for directors and a signature box for staff. Build each one, save it as a quote, and we combine them into one order and one delivery plan.
What logo file should I send?
For foil and deboss we need a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) so the metal plate is crisp. For full colour print a 300 dpi PNG is fine. If you only have a JPEG we redraw it for free on orders over 100 boxes.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50 percent deposit reserves your production slot. If you cancel before artwork is approved, we refund it in full less any sample costs. After approval the plates are made and the deposit is used for materials.
Can you add our own items?
Yes. Send us your branded items, books or vouchers and we pack them in. There is no charge for up to two client items per box.
