Questions buyers ask
Can I order fewer than 20?
For unbranded gifts, yes, from one. Branding needs a metal plate or a print setup, so branded orders start at 20.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are example rates before VAT at 7.5 percent. Your quote shows VAT on its own line, and we issue a proper VAT invoice for your finance team.
How do I pay?
A 50 percent deposit through Receivly by card or bank transfer reserves your slot. The balance is due before dispatch. Government and multinational clients can request purchase order terms.
Can you deliver to our branches?
Yes. Send one spreadsheet with every branch address and contact, and we deliver to each, with signed proof and a photo, tracked on your order page.
