Table favours with each guest’s name foiled on the lid, set out by our team before doors open. Four Lagos-made chocolates, a name card and your logo, from ₦6,500 a guest.
On the day
- 6am, loading in SurulerePacks loaded in session order, counted twice, and sealed.
- 7.30am, at the venueOur team sets up the gift table or places favours at each setting.
- During registrationA team member stays at the gift table to hand packs out by name or badge colour.
- SpeakersSpeaker gifts handed to your host in presentation order, with name labels.

Questions
About events
How late can numbers change?
Delegate packs can change by up to ten percent until five working days before the event. Named favours need final names three working days before.
Do you work outside Lagos?
Yes. We have delivered to conferences in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Ibadan and Calabar. Travel for our on-site team is quoted separately.
Can you print delegate names?
Names can be foiled on lids or printed on sleeves. Send a spreadsheet and we sort packs alphabetically or by badge colour.
