Tide: the quiet saloon for long days in the back seat

Our executive car. The longest range we make, 520 km, the quietest cabin, and rear seats that recline for the drive from Ikoyi to the airport.

520 km real range 10 to 80% in 31 min 160 mm clearance

The story

Why we built the Tide

The Tide was designed from the rear seat forward. Many of our Tide owners are driven, and they asked for three things: quiet, space and a car that does not need fuel queues or generator top ups at the office.

Its fastback roof and smooth underside give a drag coefficient of 0.23, which is why it travels furthest on a charge. Laminated glass all round and a double-sealed door line keep the cabin at a calm 62 dB at 100 km/h.

For drivers, the Tide is quick when needed, 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, and calm the rest of the time.
