The Ajah academy
Twice a year we take 40 school leavers and graduates into a paid 12 week course in high-voltage safety, assembly and diagnostics. About nine in ten join the hall or the service team.
Applications open in January and July. No engineering degree needed, only curiosity and steady hands.
