About gates and stairs
Will a motorised gate work during a power cut?
Yes. Our motors run on a battery charged by mains or a small solar panel, and every gate has a manual release key.
Sliding or swing?
Sliding gates suit sloping drives and short compounds. Swing gates are cheaper and quieter but need clear space behind them.
How long does a gate take?
About two weeks from approval for a standard gate, three to four weeks for laser-cut designs and galvanising.
