How we teach
The case method, with Lagos cases
You read a real business problem the night before, argue it in a study group at breakfast, then defend your view in a room of seventy experienced leaders. Faculty guide the discussion; they do not lecture at you.
The library
Cases written here
Our faculty write around eighty cases a year with Nigerian and West African companies, from a cement distributor in Kano to a payments start-up in Yaba, so the problems sound like yours. Example figures.

Participants
The people beside you matter most
A typical Executive MBA class has 45 people from banking, energy, telecoms, manufacturing, public service and family businesses, with an average of 13 years of experience. Example figures.
My study group had a banker, a refinery engineer, a hospital director and a fashion entrepreneur. I learnt as much from them as from the cases.
The Owner-Manager programme gave me my Wednesdays back, which is a strange thing to say about a course that took them.
The campus
Bourdillon Crescent, Ikoyi
Four case rooms, twelve study rooms, a library open until 10 pm and a quiet garden. Teaching days are planned around Lagos traffic: we start at 8.30 am and finish before the evening rush where we can.
Power and internet
Grid, generator and solar with batteries. Fibre and a backup line, so nothing stops mid-session.
Parking
Secure parking for 140 cars and drivers’ waiting lounge with meals.

Bookable from 7 am to 10 pm, including weekends during modules.
