Who it is for

Is this for you?

Executive directors and heads of large divisions. Typical seniority: executive.

  • You lead a large division or sit on an executive committee
  • You have 15 or more years of experience
  • You may be preparing for a chief executive role
  • You value peers as much as faculty

What you will be able to do

By the end

  • Lead strategy for a whole organisation, not one part
  • Work with a board, regulators and investors with confidence
  • Build a succession plan and an executive team
  • Leave with a personal leadership plan reviewed by faculty

No programme can promise a promotion or a salary. What we can promise is the work, the people and the faculty time.
