Curriculum

Case write-ups, group projects, a capstone for your own organisation.
Foundations
Accounting, statistics for managers and the case method, in the first three months.
Markets and customers
Marketing, pricing and sales leadership for Nigerian and West African markets.
Money
Corporate finance, managing FX exposure and working capital when cash is tight.
Operations
Supply chains, quality and running reliable operations with unreliable inputs.
Leadership
Leading people, negotiation, ethics and governance, with personal coaching.
Capstone and study week
A consulting project for your own organisation and a study week with companies in Accra.
A teaching day
What a day looks like
Friday and Saturday, every other week, at Ikoyi campus, plus one study week in Accra (example). Times are examples, and every session starts on time, so plan around Lagos traffic.

The case discussions changed how I run my Monday meetings. I stopped presenting answers and started asking better questions.
