Our mission
Better leaders, better institutions
We exist to raise the quality of leadership in West African organisations, one cohort at a time. That means teaching that is demanding, honest and rooted in the realities our participants face.
We are independent and not for profit. Surpluses fund bursaries, case writing and research on African firms.
Practice first
Every session starts with a real decision someone had to make.
Local, then global
Lagos, Kano and Accra cases sit beside the best from elsewhere.
Built around work
Schedules respect full-time jobs, families and traffic.

Governance
How the school is run
An independent board of eleven, including four alumni and two faculty, oversees the school. The dean reports to the board, and an academic council approves every programme and every grade. Our accounts are audited each year and published to alumni.
An advisory council of twenty chief executives tells us, every six months, what their leaders still find hard. That shapes what we teach next.
