What happens at the meeting
- We listen first. About your person, your family and what matters to you.
- We explain the options, for your tradition, in plain words.
- We write it down. You leave with a written plan and estimate.
- You decide in your own time. Nothing is booked until you say so.

- Any wishes your person wrote down
- A photograph for the notice and programme
- Names of the minister, imam or family head
