About us

A family business, serving every family

Hearthstone began in 1994 as a carpentry workshop on Kachia Road, making coffins for neighbours. Today we are a funeral home of twenty two people, Christian and Muslim, serving families of every faith across Kaduna State.

Beyond funerals

Bereavement circle

A monthly gathering for widows and widowers, held with local churches and mosques.

Help for families in need

Each year we support families who cannot meet the cost of a dignified burial.

Training

We train hospital porters and mortuary staff in respectful handling.

We are here, day and night

Call us at any hour. A member of our team answers, not a machine, and there is never any pressure to decide anything on the first call.
