Product questions
Ingredients and storage.
Do you add anything to the garri?
No. Our garri is cassava and a little palm oil for the golden one. Nothing else.
Is your flour fortified?
Yes, bakers flour and semolina are fortified with vitamin A, iron and zinc, as required for wheat flour in Nigeria.
How should I store elubo?
Sealed, in a cool dry cupboard, away from the kitchen steam. Once opened, use within three months.
Can I buy direct from the mill?
Only by the truckload. For smaller amounts, use a distributor near you or order a trade sample box.
