Instant ogi, still slow at heart.
Our pap is made the long way, maize steeped and fermented for two days, wet milled and sieved, then dried so you only need a cup of hot water. A smooth, gently sour ogi in about a minute.

Questions
About instant ogi.
Is it as sour as fresh ogi?
A little milder. We stop fermentation at two days to keep it gentle for children.
Can babies have it?
Ask your health worker about weaning foods for your baby. Our pack has no added sugar or salt.
How do I make it?
Mix three tablespoons with a little cold water, then pour in hot water while stirring until it sets.
Is there sugar in it?
No. Add sugar, milk or nothing, as you like.
