01On the day
What an inspection looks like
About 90 minutes for one estate, two and a half hours for both.
Welcome at the sales office
A short briefing with the site plan and copies of the title documents.
Shuttle to the estate
Air conditioned bus with space for six. Leaves on the hour you booked.
Show home and live build
Walk a finished show home, then the phase under construction with our site engineer.
Stand on your plot
We peg the corners of any available plot you want to see so you can judge the space and light.
Back to the office
Questions, an example payment plan and a reservation form if you are ready. No pressure if you are not.

To make the most of the visit
- A valid ID if you may reserve on the day
- Your lawyer or a family member if they will advise you
- Comfortable shoes, the live build areas are uneven

About inspections
Yes. The shuttle and the visit are free and there is no obligation to buy.
Sundays are closed on site. For a special case, call sales and we will try to arrange a visit after church hours.
We carry umbrellas and boots. In heavy rain we start with the show home and wait for it to ease before the live build.
About 40 minutes. We use a phone gimbal and a data connection, and you can ask the engineer to point the camera anywhere.
