02Timeline
Reports, newest first
Planned work is shown with an open marker. Completed work is filled.
Gardens Phase 2: roofing begins on block C
Trusses lifted on 9 of 14 duplexes. Block D blockwork reached lintel level on all terraces. Drainage on Cedar Avenue extended to the Phase 3 boundary.
Heights Phase 1: all slabs cast
Twelve ground slabs cast and cube tested. Stepped raft foundations completed on the upper plots. Clubhouse design signed off.
Gardens Phase 3: survey and pegging
All 28 Phase 3 plots surveyed and pegged. Plot sizes confirmed against the approved layout. Off plan sales opened to existing owners first.
Heights: main road and gate
Main road base course laid and the gatehouse frame up. Transformer delivered and stored on site.
Gardens Phase 2: plastering and first fix
Planned: plastering across blocks C and D, first fix wiring and plumbing in the duplexes.
Heights Phase 2 release
Planned: block K reservations open, clubhouse groundworks begin.
Monthly report
On the first working day of each month: photos, percentages and next month's plan, by email and WhatsApp.
Quarterly site day
Owners walk the live build with our engineers on the last Saturday of each quarter.
Drone flyover
Every three months a short flyover video shows the whole estate from above.
